Podcasts are my favorite way of learning. I swear I’ve learned more listening to various podcasts than I’ve ever learned in high school. If you’re cleaning your house, mowing your lawn, doing your cardio, listening to a show on something you’re interested in can help you pass the time and teach you something at the same time. I also find that listening to others talk about health and wellness can give me more motivation and keep me on a healthy track.

Check out my interview and listen to some of Eric’s other shows here!

Should You Stretch Tight Muscles? No.
Well, probably not. Most of the time, the muscles we perceived as tight are already stretched too long. Stretching the tight muscle is most likely not the solution to long-term relief You may be doing more harm than good by arbitrarily stretching things.
